Hydration / Nutrition Plan - Version 1
I’ve been getting headaches after riding. They’ll come on maybe an hour after riding, and last several hours, despite food and water. I think it’s dehydration, so here’s a plan to drink more water and eat a bit while riding. It’s mostly based on this video:
This plan feels overly dependent on Clif(™) products, but it sure is simple. I’ll give it a try on the theory that it’s better to have a definite plan than nothing, and to then iterate on that plan.
